General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount using the original method of payment.
Delivery Time
TKTX Official (Pty) Ltd. aims to deliver orders within 12 to 72 hours, depending on your location within South Africa.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. These are provided as a guide only and are subject to order acceptance and confirmation.
While we strive to deliver promptly, delivery times may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Courier operations
- Public holidays or unforeseen delays
Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders are not shipped on weekends.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected delivery method at checkout.
- EXPRESS Shipping (Main Centres Only – 1 Business Day): R160.00
- Standard Shipping (1–3 Business Days): R115.00
- Outlying Areas Delivery (2–5 Business Days): R150.00
Additional charges may apply for remote or outlying areas and will be displayed at checkout.
Where Do You Ship To?
We currently ship within South Africa only.
Orders are fulfilled locally and delivered via our domestic courier partners. We do not offer or facilitate international shipping through this website.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 16:00 (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 16:00 are dispatched the next business day
- Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day
Please note this does not include courier transit time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order via your account.
Please allow time for tracking updates, as courier systems may delay initial scans.
Late Deliveries
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, TKTX Official (Pty) Ltd. does not guarantee transit times and is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information
Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:
- Delivery delays
- Returned parcels
- Additional re-delivery fees
Re-shipping will only occur once the parcel has been returned and additional shipping costs have been covered.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service.
Customers must raise any delivery-related issues directly with the courier. We will assist where possible, but we are not liable for:
- Lost parcels
- Courier delays
- Delivery errors outside our control
